Aiah Momoi Gbondo - Chief Executive Officer
Holds a strong experience of more than 20+ years into management of designs and construction projects. He is a businessman and has worked at various top level management positions. He has intrinsic knowledge of project working, and is highly skilled at integrating services, optimizing capex and creating design details which are structurally flawless. He has diverse experience of working into various types of design, construction and engineering projects ranging from multistoried residential and commercial projects to large scale infrastructural projects.
Tamba Gborie - Chief Operations Officer
Studied Public Sector Management from the institute of Public Administration. He has worked with reputed companies in various project. He is used to designing projects over multiple geographies in Africa. Highly skilled at working effectively to achieve project objectives; self-motivated and capable of thriving under minimal direction. A team leader who is comfortable interacting with all levels of the organization as well as clients.
Ayesatu Bangura - Dir. Admin and Finance
She holds a master’s degree in international management from Institut Superieur de Management (ISM – Dakar, Senegal), where she graduated ‘Master de Promotion’ and a BSc Honours in Financial Services. She is a trained Educator - holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Education and is currently completing a Master of Philosophy in Education. Her work experience spans from public and private sectors and non-governmental agencies. She also has the multinational experience and is bilingual.
Richard Koroma - Chief Engineer
Richard started his career in the field of building and construction where he leant the rudiments of contract Management and successful implementation, before going full time into Engineering and commerce. He has overseen and completed a lot of turnkey projects in various field of engineering.
He is indeed a seasoned professional. Some of his completed projects in the engineering industry are telecommunications, (green field turnkey site built, BTS, MW, Fiber optic, WiMAX, FM/TV transmitter and antennas) energy (hydro, Transmission line and renewable energy/solar), Civil and structural engineering (Roads, bridges, boreholes, hand dug well, commercial and residential buildings). Among his successful job completion/operations are Celtel in SL, Milicom /Tigo in SL, Libtelco in Liberia Vodafone in Ghana, MTN in Nigeria, Abitel/Green Network SL, MTN in Guinea, ADDAX in SL, Care international in SL, Smart mobile in SL Nokia in Ethiopia, Gotta /Government of SL (State house security information switch) in SL FAO/UN in SL, Salcost in SL, Lion Heart in SL, SLDC in SL Ecowan /Salcab in SL, Alkan CIT/Africel in SL, Qcell in SL etc.
Before joining SAT property Management company in the capacity of a Chief Technical Officer/project manager Richard had succeeded in his private business in the area of microfinance, importation and distribution of daily needs consumable products in sierra Leone Market.
Abdul Rahman Manga - Operations Coordinator
He’s a remarkable individual whose life embodied the values of service, compassion, and unwavering commitment to his job. Abdulrahman's early years were marked by the challenges of growing up in a developing nation, but his indomitable spirit and thirst for knowledge would shape the course of his life.
As a young man, Abdulrahman's academic prowess became evident, as he attend the Institute of public Administration and Management (IPAM) University of Sierra Leone , where he excelled in his studies, earning a Diploma in Procurement and supply chain Management, and a Honours degree in Public sector management. And also a Project Management certified certificate.
Driven by a desire to make a tangible difference in the lives of others, Abdulrahman chose to embody lucrative job opportunities in the private sector. Firstly at Santos Enterprises as the Sales man and financial accountant. As time went by,
Rahman joined SAT Property Management Company LTD in 2023, bringing with him a wealth of experience and a proven track record of driving innovation and Proper supervision skills and project execution.
Amadu Borbor Jalloh - Procurement Assistant
Amadu Borbor Jalloh is a dedicated professional with a background in network engineering and a strong foundation in IT and Procurement.
Graduating from BlueCrest College where he pursued Network Engineering, He has hands on experience in technical support and IT solutions.
Currently, he serves as the Procurement Assistant at SAT Property Management, where he plays a key role in sourcing and managing supplies to support the company’s operations. With his combine expertise in IT and Procurement, Amadu brings efficiency, problem solving skills, and attention to detail to his role, contributing to the smooth functioning of the company.
Mrs Sia Mariama Mbayoh Jalloh is a dedicated civil engineer, entrepreneur, and passionate advocate for gender equity and human rights. She has built a successful career in engineering, breaking barriers in a male-dominated field while also running her own business. Committed to empowering young girls, she actively mentors and encourages them to pursue leadership roles and careers in STEM.
Beyond her professional and advocacy work, Sia enjoys cooking and staying active through sports and exercise, believing in a balanced and healthy lifestyle. Her journey is an inspiration, proving that women can excel in any field and be role models for future generations.
Philip Kamara - Civil Enginner
Philip Kamara is a dedicated and skilled Civil Engineer with over three years of professional experience in the construction industry. He holds a strong track record of contributing to impactful infrastructure projects, demonstrating expertise in project management, site supervision, and technical execution.
Philip recently served as a Site Engineer for the newly constructed Bus Terminal and Market project in Sierra Leone, a significant initiative funded by the World Bank and implemented by the Government of Sierra Leone. In this light, he played a pivotal role in overseeing construction activities, managing on-site operations, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
With a passion for sustainable development and innovative engineering solutions, Philip is committed to delivering excellence in every project he undertakes. He is now excited to bring his expertise and dedication to his new role at S.A.T PROPERTIES, where he aims to contribute to the company’s mission of building transformative infrastructure that benefits communities and drives progress.
Bintu Sheriff - Sales and Marketing Officer
Her introduction to real estate began after her family experienced foreclosure. Born out of necessity to secure housing and develop career capital that would propel her into the opportunities systematically unavailable to her community, she saw potential to help people create security through housing and homeownership. Bintu found her passion within the residential industry, and for over 2 years, she worked closely with homeowners and real estate professionals for SAT Property Management in order to help them maximize their investments. She strongly believes that financial and housing security is a right that all people are deserving of. During her free time, she enjoys serving apartment communities across Sierra Leone and Guinea.
Lamarana Bah - Media and Admin Assitant
Currently serving as the Media and Admin assistant with a degree in Political Science from Fourah Bay College. Before joining SAT Preoperty Management, I served as the communications lead at Innovation SL where I honed my skills in media management and strategic communication.
With a strong passion for organization, creativity, and problem solving, I thrive in dynamic environments and I am always eager to learn and take on new challenges.
Abdul Rashid Salaam - Junior Architect [ Conceptual Space Planner & 3D Modelling Expert ]
Abdul Rashid Salaam is a junior architect with a passion for sustainable design, commercial, and residential architecture. Graduating from the Limkokwing University of Creative Technology with a Professional Diploma in Architectural Technology and an Honours Degree in Interior architecture. Abdul Rashid Salaam has gained hands-on experience working on the first Postgraduate Council Buildings in the country and other major commercial and residential projects during internships and in collaboration with senior architects and engineers
Abdul Rashid Salaam is skilled in a range of design software, including Revit, Autocad, Archicad, Lumion, Twinmotion, Sketchup, and Adobe Packages and is particularly adept at creating detailed architectural drawings and 3D Models. Abdul Rashid Salaam thrives in collaborative settings, contributing to innovative design concepts while maintaining a focus on functionality and sustainability.

Rashid A. Turay - Junior Architect
A professional, creative and innovative architect with over 5 years of architectural practice. His experiences span from being an intern and pupil architect at various architecture firm and as mentee to Ibrahim Njai Yilla, Chief architect at Realini Bader Associates and now works at SAT Property Management as a full architect. He holds a Diploma in Architectural Technology and BA Degree in Interior Architectural at Limkokwing University Sierra Leone.
Musa S. Mansaray - Junior Architect
With over 5years of experience as an Architectural Designer, from being an intern at various construction companies and now a full architect at SAT Property Management, he has successfully designed over 25 commercial spaces, incorporating latest trends and sustainable building practices. His experience in 3D modelling allows him to bring designs to life, ensuring client satisfaction. He holds a Diploma in Architectural Technology and BA Degree in Interior Architectural at Limkokwing University Sierra Leone.
Victoria Oluann Cole - Junior Architect
